Hello!

Well, we've all been awfully quiet, haven't we? I hope everyone is doing well. I thought I'd jump on and catch up, but since there's nothing to catch up on, I'll catch all of you up!

Life is good here. Crazy, as always, but good. I'm down about 13 pounds - it's been hard to get past that 10 lb mark, but I'm going to have to really buckle down these next few weeks because we booked our anniversary trip! We're cruising in Hawaii. We fly to Honolulu and board our boat and we island hop for 7 days. Then we come home to boring life again! But I'm sure excited about our trip. We leave on May 12th, so I have a little time to play catch up with the weight loss. Next week we're going down to Vegas for a wedding (a Temple wedding :) ) then the next week we're off to PA for Noah's baptism and then on to OK to look at a lot right next door to Brian's parents' house. We're thinking about buying it and building our "dream home" on it and then his family will be able to help with the business when we're out of town. But, gulp, that means living so close to in-laws! Even if it were my own family I'd be nervous! So, we'll see. Then at the end of April we're in Portland for a convention and then we do Hawaii in May and then, and I can't remember the actual order of these, but then we're in Boston, Dallas, Vegas, Reno, St. Louis, Daytona, Fort Collins...I hope that's all! It's all for magic conventions. Hopefully we'll make lots of money 'cause traveling isn't cheap!

Good news for our company - McDonald's just decided to outfit all the Ronald's they have in the US doing magic with a bunch of our stuff. That's a HEFTY purchase order! It'll help us bring in a few new prodcuts that we weren't sure how we were going to manage. And we might be breaking into the toy industry soon, too, so lots of exciting things going on for our company! :)

OK. I'm done rambling. But I hope you are all doing well and that you all made Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies!!

Bekah:> Thanks for breaking the "silence"!! Either everyone is super busy or they are forgetting that every day holds adventures and that we'd love to hear about any/all of them!! Your life certainly sounds busy, exciting, and adventurous. Hawaii sounds so wonderful and relaxing anf fun. I bet you are counting down the days! I know I would be. Also, I can't believe you guys travel so much--I bet sometimes it is fun and other times it is a little exhausting--good luck with all of it.

You telling about the possibility of moving next to your in-laws made me smile! Jeremy and I have decided that we can't ever live closer than 1 and 1/2 hrs from our parents. We just know our parents too well and know that we need our space. So, good luck with whatever you guys decide to do:>

As for us, we are doing great. Jer is busy with school, we are looking forward to his grad, Eli said his first word--"Ball" the other day and he is sleeping thru the night now, and I am just loving life. My family came to visit for a week a little bit ago and it was soooo fun. We went out to eat, we hiked down at San Rafel, we went golfing, we went to a baseball game, we shopped, etc. It was wonderful and I miss them already!! Anyway, that is all for now:> Bye:>

Katie, you're fun! Yeah, we had decided that we could never live less than 4 hours away from either of our parents and then we suddenly found ourselves considering this option. We'll see. It would be a huge adjustment. We very much like to be alone when we can and with so much family so close (his parents right next door and 2 of his 3 siblings within 10 minutes of us) I don't know how we'd manage. But if that's what we're supposed to do, it's what we'll do!

Your family visit sounds like fun! And congrats to Eli on the new words!! Such a cutie. All my friends have such cute kids. How lucky am I? :)
